It was my dad’s birthday, so I thought I’d take him out for a nice family dinner. My mum suggested we feast on some Chinese food this time round, so I thought Chef’s Gallery would be the perfect place, best known for it’s bite size gourmet dim sims and handmade noodles. It was definitely a great decision as my dad really enjoyed the spiciness of the dishes we ordered.
Chilli and numbing spice chicken ($19,90)
Roast duck deboned with lychees and a mint and chilli plum sauce ($29.90)
Trillium prawn dumplings carefully garnished with three coloured fish rose and cavier ($16.90)
Water spinach wok fried with chilli prawn paste ($15.90)
Regular handmade noodles wok fried with prawns in chilli prawn paste ($15.90)
